RCI-36 Assessment

The Recovery Capital Index (RCI-36) is a short, evidence-based assessment that helps identify your current strengths and areas where you may need additional support. It covers key aspects of life that impact recovery—such as health, relationships, purpose, and daily stability.

By completing the RCI-36, you’ll gain valuable insight into your personal recovery journey. Your responses will help us tailor support and guide the next steps in your recovery plan—because thriving in recovery means building on what’s strong, not just fixing what’s wrong.

How to Take the Assessment

The RCI-36 is simple and should take just a few minutes to complete. Follow these steps:

  1. Answer Honestly – There are no right or wrong answers. Just respond based on how you’re feeling and functioning right now.

  2. Use the Scale – For each statement, choose how much you agree or disagree using the provided scale.

  3. Complete All Questions – Be sure to answer all 36 items before submitting.

  4. Submit & Reflect – Once you finish, your responses will be reviewed to help guide your recovery plan.
